Urge-UK Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s what to do:
How to Start a Return:
Email info@urge-uk.com with your order number and the email you used for the purchase.
Items That Can’t Be Returned:
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Items bought at 50% or more discount. These are final sales.
What Can Be Returned:
- Sale items can be returned unless stated otherwise. We’ll deduct £5.99 for delivery from your refund.
- Returns and exchanges are only available for purchases made on www.urge-uk.com.
Return Requirements:
- Items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Keep all tags and labels intact.
Tip: Use recorded delivery, as we aren’t responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
Processing Your Refund:
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we get your returned item. You’ll get an email confirmation with details.
Bank Timeline: It might take up to 5 working days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Faulty or Wrong Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Contact us and return it within 14 days in its original condition.
- We’ll refund the full cost and cover return delivery for faulty items.
Return Delivery Costs:
Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty, in which case Urge-UK will cover it.
Return Confirmation:
We’ll notify you via email or phone when we process your return. If you don’t hear from us within 14 days, email info@urge-uk.com.
Your Rights:
This policy doesn’t affect your UK legal rights.
